Supreme Court will decide Obama’s citizenship

The argument is over his place of birth — Hawaii, if you accept statements by Hawaiian officials, his 1961 birth notice in a Honolulu newspaper and a certified document his campaign obtained 18 months ago.shrstrusjSupreme Court today deliberates suit blocking Obama presidency

It may come as something of a shock to those millions planning trips to Washington for the Jan. 20 inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama that he isn’t really legally capable of taking the oath.

It’s the birth certificate thing.

That’s because he was born in Kenya to an alien father and isn’t a natural-born American as the Constitution requires and the copy of his Hawaii birth certificate looks fake to many and the state won’t release the original, which makes everything that much more suspicious.

  1. The current suit before the Supreme Court argues that Obama’s father was a British citizen at the time of Obama’s birth, thereby making Obama at least, a dual citizen-therefore not eligible to be POTUS.

Berg is reporting that his case v Obama has been referred to conference also so I wonder if the Supremes are waiting for a ruling on Donofrio until reviewing Berg. Two very different cases but none the less both seeking to verify citizenship.
